Terms & Conditions

By booking a property managed by Palm Beach Front Retreats, guests agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

All reservations are made through Booking.com and its affiliated platforms. This website is for informational and customer support purposes only and does not process reservations or payments.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the policies shown on Booking.com, the policies displayed on Booking.com will apply.

1. Reservations & Payments

The payment schedule and cancellation terms depend on the selected rate plan displayed at the time of booking.

Standard Rate

  • No payment required at booking.

  • A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is charged 14 days before check-in.

  • Remaining balance is charged on the check-in date.

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are charged one night’s stay.

Promotional Rate

  • Discounted rate with limited flexibility.

  • A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is charged within 14 days before check-in.

  • Remaining balance is charged on the check-in date.

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are charged one night’s stay.

Special Savings Rate

  • Heavily discounted non-flexible rate.

  • Full payment may be required before arrival.

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.

  • Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM

  • Check-out: 12:00 PM

Unauthorized late check-outs that delay cleaning or incoming guests may result in additional charges.

All properties use self check-in systems such as smart locks or door codes. Guests are responsible for reviewing arrival instructions before check-in.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Smoking is prohibited inside all properties.

  • Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not allowed.

  • Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning costs caused during the stay.

5. Property Access & Maintenance

Palm Beach Front Retreats may access the property when necessary for maintenance, repairs, inspections, or emergencies. Advance notice will be provided whenever reasonably possible.

Temporary interruptions of utilities, internet, or building services do not qualify for refunds.

6. Personal Items

Palm Beach Front Retreats is not responsible for lost or forgotten belongings. If recovered, shipping costs are the guest’s responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

Palm Beach Front Retreats is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including weather, power outages, transportation issues, natural disasters, or government actions.

Guests are responsible for their own safety, conduct, and personal belongings during their stay.

8. Privacy

Guest information is used only for reservation management, guest communication, and customer support. Personal information is handled securely and is never sold to third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The version in effect at the time of booking applies to the reservation.
