Standard Rate
- No payment required at booking.
- A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is charged 14 days before check-in.
- Remaining balance is charged on the check-in date.
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are subject to a fee equal to one night’s stay.
Promotional Rate
- Discounted rate with limited flexibility.
- A deposit equal to the first night’s stay may be charged within 14 days before check-in.
- Remaining balance is charged on the check-in date.
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are subject to a fee equal to one night’s stay.
Special Savings Rate
- Discounted non-flexible rate.
- Full or partial payment may be required before arrival.
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.
- Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after approval.
- Bank processing times may vary and can take up to 7 business days depending on the financial institution.
Booking Platform
All reservations are processed exclusively through Booking.com and its affiliated platforms. In the event of any discrepancy, the cancellation policy shown on Booking.com at the time of booking will apply.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided for:
- No-shows
- Early departures
- Violations of house rules
- Evictions due to excessive noise, parties, smoking, or misconduct
- Service interruptions outside our control, including weather, utility outages, or transportation delays
